Ms. Ruhin Merchant

Ruhin Merchant holds a Master’s degree in Education and has demonstrated exceptional leadership and teaching expertise throughout her career. Her journey in education began with a strong foundation in primary education, where she showcased her passion for inspiring young learners and driving academic success.

Over the years, Ruhin has taken on various leadership roles, including Grade Lead, Pastoral Lead, English Lead for Primary. These experiences have allowed her to develop expertise in curriculum development, behaviour management and fostering student engagement, making her a highly skilled and effective leader.

Currently completing the National Professional Qualification for Senior Leadership (NPQSL),UK, Ruhin is committed to continuous professional growth and bringing innovative practices to her work. In her new role as Director of Learning for Upper Key Stage 2, she aims to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment that supports students in achieving their full potential.

With her dedication to excellence and collaborative approach, Ruhin is focused on working closely with students, staff, and parents to ensure high-quality education and a supportive school community.
